Right of Withdrawal

Satisfaction and clear communication. This policy outlines our terms for returns and refunds in accordance with German consumer protection law.

1. Return Deadlines

1.1. A return can be requested within 7 calendar days after receipt of the order, particularly in the following cases:

• If the packaging has been opened or the seal has been damaged
• If the item was part of a special offer at the price of €60
• If it concerns products with increased risk in configuration or usage

1.2. In all other cases, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies, starting from the day of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

2.1. A return will only be accepted if:

• The item is unused and in perfect condition
• The original packaging, including all accessories, is fully included
• The request has been sent within the valid period to contact@ultraflights-uk.com

2.2. The buyer bears the return shipping costs unless the reason is a proven defect or an error on our part during dispatch.

3. Drones – Special Notes

3.1. Due to safety and traceability reasons, the following exceptions apply:

• Opened, configured, or activated drones are excluded from returns
• Only completely unopened and unused drones may be returned

3.2. For drones purchased as part of the €60 deal, a limited return period of 7 days from delivery applies.

3.3. For all other drones, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies, provided the item remains unused.

4. Refund Process

4.1. After receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

4.2. Refunds will only be made to the payment method used for the purchase.

4.3. A refund is excluded if:

• The item is used, damaged, or returned incomplete
• The return is received outside the permitted time frame

5. Proof of Shipment

5.1. All shipments are sent with tracking and proof of delivery, including:

• Photo of the parcel at the delivery location
• Digital delivery confirmation or signature

5.2. These proofs are considered legally valid documentation in the event of queries or disputes.

6. Incorrect Information at the Time of Order

6.1. The customer is responsible for entering the correct name, address, and telephone number.

6.2. In the event of incorrect details:

• Reshipment can only be made subject to additional shipping fees
• For refunds, the original shipping cost will be deducted

7. Protection Against Fraud

7.1. Pro Tech reserves the right to:

• Request proof such as photos or videos of the returned product
• Refuse a refund if there is suspicion of misuse or breach of these policies
