1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within up to 4 working days after receipt of payment. During this time, your order is prepared, checked, packaged, and handed over to the shipping company.

2. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking code. This code allows you to track the progress of your delivery online at any time.

3. Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 working days. This may vary depending on the destination country and external factors such as customs clearance or regional delays.

Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days. During peak periods – such as promotional campaigns, holidays, or logistical bottlenecks – delivery times may be extended accordingly.

4. Shipping Conditions

4.2. Delivery includes proof in the form of a photo, a signature, or a digital confirmation code.

4.3. If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not been received by the customer, the customer must contact our support team within 5 working days. After this period, investigations may be difficult or not possible.

4.4. In the event of returns due to incorrect address details or refusal of acceptance by the recipient, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs from the refund amount.

4.5. Deliveries to parcel stations, temporary addresses, or collection points are at the customer’s own risk.

4.6. Once handed over to the shipping service provider, responsibility for delays, damage, or loss lies with the respective logistics partner. However, we will assist you as much as possible in tracking the shipment.
